Arrive at Villajoyosa’s painted seafront — the postcard that made the town famous. Walk the promenade, photograph the façades and settle into a terrace facing the Mediterranean.
Park in regulated zones near the centre or promenade; in peak season arrive before midday for shade and space.
Stop 3 — the icons
Chocolate museum and old town
Visit the Valor chocolate museum for the local cocoa story — about half an hour well spent. Then wander the old quarter, church and bars by the water.
Lunch facing the sea rounds off a gentle outing before you ride back or continue north toward Altea.

Same road south — or on to Altea
Return on the N-332 toward Alicante, or continue north to Altea for a full coastal day. Keep daylight margin for the ride back.
