Spanish law sets licence rules for 125cc scooters (light motorcycles). Your eligibility is verified before any confirmation.

—Car licence (category B) held for at least 3 years
—Motorcycle licence A1, A2 or A
—Valid EU/UK/international licence — non-EU licences checked case by case

Conditions

Security deposit

Refundable €300 deposit per scooter, due at pickup in cash or by card at the agency terminal. For group rentals (several scooters), the deposit is joint: one payment covers the whole booking.

Insurance & fines

Each scooter is covered by comprehensive fleet insurance. Traffic fines during the rental remain the renter's responsibility.

Pickup & return hours

Standard hours: every day from 08:30 to 20:00. Pick-up or drop-off outside these hours: +€25.

Data & privacy

Your information is used only to process your rental request, in line with GDPR/LOPD.

Frequently asked questions

Do I pay online?

Yes — /book lets you pay the rental online (Stripe). The deposit is due at pickup in cash or by card at the payment terminal.

Do you rent motorcycles or only scooters?

We rent 125cc scooters (light motorcycles) — Kymco Skytown ABS. Licence B+3 or A1/A2/A is enough to ride legally.

Is equipment included?

Yes — two premium approved helmets per scooter, with hygienic liners. Included in the rate.
