Access requirements
Spanish law sets licence rules for 125cc scooters. Your eligibility is verified before any confirmation.
Accepted licences
- —Car licence (category B) held for at least 3 years
- —Motorcycle licence A1 or A
- —Valid EU/UK/international licence — non-EU licences checked case by case
What to bring
- —Valid passport or national ID
- —Original driving licence (front and back)
- —Bank card in your name for the deposit

Conditions
Security deposit
Refundable €300 deposit per scooter. Currently payable in cash at vehicle pickup, or online via card pre-authorisation (Swikly).
Insurance & fines
Each scooter is covered by comprehensive fleet insurance. Traffic fines during the rental remain the renter's responsibility.
Pickup & return hours
Standard hours: 08:30 to 20:00. Late return or self check-out available on request.
Data & privacy
Your information is used only to process your rental request, in line with GDPR/LOPD.
